1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organisers.
2. The applicant should be between Miss 18 + years .Mrs.19+ The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
3. The applicant should be unmarried/ married./widows /divorced/single status
4. The applicant should be a natural born female.
5. The applicant should be good in health.
6. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
7. The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.
8. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
9. The regional round expenses (Travel & Stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
10. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
11. The organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not give the prizes promised by them.
12. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk.
13. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
14. The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
15. Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
16. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
17. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
18. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
19. In the event of any dispute, the organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
20. The courts of Palanpur (gujrat) have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
21. The organisers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, amend the show.
22. The fees paid towards grooming is non refundable in any circumstances.
23. The Participant should be a Banafide Indian Citizen, holding a valid Indian Passport with Expiry date beyond Feb 2023. NriS are also allowed to compete.
24. It is mandatory for the participant to take both the covid vaccine and booster dose of covid-19 and it is mandatory to carry the report along with you, if you do not have the covid vaccine report then we will not allow you for travel and participate in any program. that will be your own responsibility.
25. It is mandatory to follow the rules of Covid-19.
26. All the participant must have to submit the advance fees for Semi Finale and Finale as per the last given date. if any participant fails to do deposite full amount for the event then any part for advance amount you had given will not be refunded after the date is over.
27. It is mandatory to carry rt-pcr report 48 hours before travelling.
28. All the members and participants must have to maintain the decipline. If there is any damage done by the participant at the venue, hotel or anywhere, it will be borne by the participant himself. There will be no responsibility of the management in this. you will have to travel at your own risk.
29. Due to covid-19 if any changes regarding the event then the management team will notify you and along with this condition the payment will not refund but will pospond the event dates further. The management Team have all the rights to make any changes anytime.
30. All The Participants & members will have to follow the updated goverment restrictions & limits for covid-19 & It is hereby clarified that any event can take place only as per the Government regulations and guidelines at that time.
31. All participents must have to make the semi-finale or finale fees directly to the IWFS ACCOUNT. If you make any payments to anybody else then IWFS will not be responsible. 32.fees for Semi Finale & Finale are non - refundable.
33. The Jury member decision will be the final Decision.
